VELOXY® ANTI-INSECT SYSTEM Many species of insects can be devastating for all kinds of archives in libraries and museums and may produce damage to paper, leather, and even wooden articles, such as musical instruments, frames, items of furniture, statues, in fact any object made of organic matter. Therefore, it is important to eliminate such insects and prevent their proliferation to avoid irreparable attacks. The atmosphere contains approximately 20% oxygen and 80% nitrogen (apart from noble gases). The principle behind the VELOXY® system consists of depriving these insects of oxygen using only the air in the atmosphere, without resorting to oxygen absorbers or steel bottles of noble gases (such as nitrogen, helium or argon). This innovative system can be used by non-specialist personnel with only knowledge of the system, i.e. who have undergone one day's training. Why is VELOXY® the most innovative and efficient system of all those on the market? . Scientific studies back the results (please request a demonstration) . It is a 100% stand-alone system that only uses the air in the atmosphere to eradicate parasites. It does not use inert gases in steel bottles (e.g. nitrogen) which require complex flow, temperature and humidity control.
